Connection is an integral part of our human experience and soulful expression. Whether we realize it or not, at the end of the day, that is what we all strive for - that deep sense of connection with ourselves, with our friends, with our family, with our community and with Source Consciousness. Connection fosters a sense of belonging that makes us feel alive, worthy, purposeful and so much more.  It breeds positive energy and raises the frequency of the entire human experience. 

We guide and support students to develop a profound relationship with their energetic being and spiritual essence.  Helping them master the art of listening to their body’s innate truth while learning how to distinguish between ego-driven thoughts and their higher wisdom.  This deep connection becomes their inner compass, fostering trust and intuitive guidance in their daily lives. 

Spiritual Hygiene is de-cluttering our energetic body of what is no longer needed or doesn’t serve us. As energetic beings, it is important to build a personal relationship with your own energy field and reject any unwanted energetic influences. A weak energy field will naturally pick up negative thought forms and energy that may create chaos and static in our energy field. Making us feel tired, agitated, combative, angry, depressed, anxiety and/or scared.

Students learn practical tools to maintain emotional balance and groundedness, developing their ability to support and nurture their energy field. These essential practices help them navigate external energetic influences while maintaining their personal equilibrium.

Being “mindful” is more than just being thoughtful of another’s feelings.  Being mindful is also learning how to become the “observer” of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviour.  To bridge the gap and bring understanding to the “why” with self-reflection and self-expression.  Mindfulness requires the tenacity to ask those deep questions to come to a place of self-love, worthiness, forgiveness, compassion and deep inner-wisdom.  

we cultivate daily mindfulness practices that encourage authentic self-expression and heart-centered awareness.  Helping students develop self-love and personal autonomy while honoring their unique passions and creative impulses is part of their roadmap in becoming compassionate, well rounded human beings.  This is self-mastery at its best. 

Being of service fulfills our deep need to belong and contributes meaningfully to society. When we give unconditionally from the heart, we naturally receive joy, love, and connection in return. Learning how and when to serve—whether others or ourselves—builds self-awareness and personal growth. This vital life skill helps us develop into well-rounded individuals who understand the delicate balance between giving and receiving.

being of service is two fold - giving and receiving.  Students will be encouraged to experience the different aspects of “being of service” - service to self, service to friends & family, service to community.  To create innovative ideas for what they choose to experience, how they see themselves as contributors, what they wish to create and give and, how will this fill their emotional and spiritual cup.
